Know the signs and symptoms of the disease and do self-monitoring.
If you are not feeling well, stay home and DO NOT go to school. When in school and you are not feeling well, see the school physician/medical staff for consultation.
Students/employees who traveled to places with confirmed cases of 2019nCov, or have been exposed to the infection, must do the following:
Inform the school about your travel details through the Office of the Student Formation (for students) and the Office of the Assistant Principal/Human Resource (for employees)
Report instances of encounter with family members, friends, relatives, etc who may have been exposed to the disease
After travel/exposure, do self-quarantine for 14 days
Upon reporting to school, present a medical clearance certificate signed by your doctor and secure an admission slip from the school clinic before entering your class/office
Always have your own mask, hand sanitizer or alcohol ready for use
Take your Vitamin C daily to boost immune system.

H – Have temperature
A – Avoid large crowd
N – Never touch your face
with unclean hands

Be extra vigilant and report cases of students/employees who may display signs and symptoms of the infection.
To NDGM Parents:
Protective measures such as good hygiene and self-protection are the best way to prevent infection.
Please monitor your child’s health status at home. Do not send your child to school if he/she is observed to have flu-like symptoms – fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose.
Inform the school of your family’s recent travel in countries with confirmed cases of novel coronavirus or any exposure to confirmed or suspected cases.
