ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES – FOR NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES:

 

1. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS. Submit scanned copies of requirements via email to inquiry@ndgm.edu.ph. Use “REQUIREMENTS” as the SUBJECT of your email.

2. CONFIRMATION OF STUDENT NUMBER: Wait for our email reply on Student Number, Link for Online Registration Form and Schedule of Fees.

3. ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF FEES: Accomplish and submit Online Registration Form. The assessed fees and payment advice will be sent to you. Pay via online payment to NDGM bank Accounts:

After payment, please send scanned copy of transaction slip or deposit slip to businessoffice.ndgm@gmail.com. A confirmation will be sent to you that your son/daughter is official enrolled.
